NEW CAST COMPETITION: Educational Staff 2012

Euroconcurs.ro anunta lansarea in 15 februarie 2012 a competitiei EPSO/CAST/S/2/2012/ pentru selectia agentilor contractuali (Function group II) in domeniul EDUCATIONAL: Nursery Nurses/Childcare Workers, Kindergarten Teachers, Educators/Childminders for After-School Facilities. 

Agentii europeni temporari pot fi angajati pentru o perioada de maxim 6 ani. Selectia pentru personalul temporar este realizata de fiecare institutie europeana sau agentie EU in parte, spre deosebire de competitiile deschise EPSO care sunt pentru personalul permanent. De aceea, candidatii care sunt interesati de astfel de pozitii temporare sunt sfatuiti sa viziteze regulat website-urile institutiile europene si agentiilor EU pentru indentificarea oportunitatilor de munca.

Aparitie EurActiv.ro: UE scoate 300 de locuri de munca la concurs. Salariile pornesc de la 4.000 de euro pe luna.

Romanii au posibilitatea sa se angajeze si in acest an la una dintre institutiile Uniunii Europene. Oficiul european pentru selectia personalului (EPSO) va scoate la concurs, in luna martie, 300 de posturi de administratori (prima pozitie ce poate fi accesata, echivalenta cu entry-level) in domenii precum administratie publica europeana, comunicare, drept si relatii externe, anunta euroconcurs.ro si cariereonline.ro. Salariile sunt cuprinse intre 4.200 (pentru AD5) si 5.350 de euro pe luna (pentru AD7).

Ce pasi trebuie urmati:

• sa va creati un cont pe site-ul oficial al Oficiului European de Selectie a Personalului -www.eu-careers.eu
• selectia pentru un job european cuprinde o etapa de preselectie, care se sustine pe calculator, contra cronometru
• a doua etapa este cea care corespunde pozitiei pentru care se sustine examenul si presupune intrarea intr-un centru de evaluare

In ceea ce priveste cursurile, pe langa informatiile teoretice pe care le afli, asculti si sfaturile unui specialist, care preda de mai mult timp si are experienta in competitiile europene”, spune Phil Gaskell.

Testele de pre-selectie
• Verbal reasoning: in care se testeaza abilitatea verbala.

• Structured interview: interviu cu specialist in resurse umane pentru a-ti evalua motivatia, personalitatea, punctele forte si slabiciunile, planurile de cariera.
• Oral presentation: prezentarea in fata unui panel a unui anumit subiect pentru a-ti testa abilitatea de a comunica intr-o maniera persuasiva
• Group exercise: exercitiu realizat impreună cu alti candidati in care evaluatorul se focuseaza pe evaluarea competentelor care sunt cerute de EPSO

Coaching si pregatire individuala pentru interviul pe care o sa-l ai fata in fata cu angajatorul, daca o sa treci de celelalte probe
• Pregatirea unui Curriculum Vitae si a motivatiei: „In functie de profilul fiecarui candidat si de competitia pentru care aplica se scot in evidenta punctele forte, cunostintele, experienta si abilitatile profesionale. Acest CV impreuna cu motivatia sunt un instrument foarte util de prezentare profesionala in fata recrutorilor si trebuie sa fie pregatite cu atentie”, spune Alin Ghizasan, managerul Euroconcurs.ro
• Coaching pentru interviul fata in fata: „Prin simulari si filmarea performantei se ofera o pregatire temeinica a tuturor aspectelor comunicarii eficiente cu comitetul de selectţe (atat la nivel verbal, cat si nonverbal).
